Nonprofit consulting, grant readiness, funder research, logic models, and grant writing support for small and micro-nonprofits.

Small Shop? You've come to the right place!

At WayPointe, we understand that one size does not fit all. Small nonprofits cannot downsize big-nonprofit strategies and expect them to work. Instead, they need practical strategies tailored to their size, capacity, and real-world capabilities to get started now. Many small organizations with meaningful missions know their programs are worthy of grant funding, but feel overwhelmed with where to begin. Grants often seem like the first step — yet without proper preparation, the process can quickly become frustrating, confusing, and unproductive.

The WayPointe Path marks key points along your journey, helping you navigate from where you are to where you want to be. Rather than leaping ahead without direction, you move step by step with clear actions and steady support. We’re here to guide you toward your goals with a practical plan that helps you move forward with confidence

Step-by-Step Plan. No long-term commitment. Flat prices. No surprises.

Small Potted Plants

A note from

our founder

For more than 35 years, I’ve worked inside nonprofits of every size — from volunteer-led start-ups to large, multi-million-dollar organizations like the American Cancer Society. I’ve worn many hats along the way: programs, fundraising, operations, strategy, and the behind-the-scenes structure that keeps everything moving. What’s stayed constant is my deep respect for the work nonprofits do and the people who carry it forward,  especially those with limited time, staff, and resources, but equally important missions.

Supporting nonprofits isn’t just my profession; it’s part of my life’s purpose. Through your work, I’m able to help more people than I ever could on my own. I believe small nonprofits deserve the same level of thoughtful strategy and operational support as large organizations — delivered in a way that fits their unique needs. I help bring clarity to plans, order to processes, and confidence to funding efforts — not by taking over, but by making the work feel more manageable and sustainable for the team already doing it.

You're not hiring someone to complete tasks. You’re gaining a partner genuinely invested in helping you grow and reach more people through your mission. I look forward to hearing your story and how I can help map your journey to success.
